The Japanese Journal of Nutrition and Dietetics

The journal has been published since 1941. It is now published bimonthly, with a total of about 350 pages per volume, including 15 original peer-reviewed articles and 6 review papers in Japanese with English abstracts. Approximately 4,000 copies are printed per issue. The major areas of original research are community nutrition, nutrition education, food services, clinical nutrition, and other applied nutrition.
